ANNOUNCEMENT

I didn’t want to make this announcement but due to several factors I have made the difficult decision to close the store. With that being said, I will still fulfill certain pre-orders. Please see updates below.

SOLDIERS OF ANARCHY SERIES

The Psycho Hardcover

  • I reached out to the printer and am waiting for the reply.

  • If you would like a refund, please email the following information to marjorie@hiddensecretsbookstore.com:

    • Order #

    • Copy of the receipt, if possible

    • PayPal or Venmo Account (due to pre-orders being purchased more than one year, I am having issues processing refund on the backend of the website)

The Joker, The Player & The Thief Paperbacks

  • They are in production. I am reaching out to the printing company for an update.

The Reaper, The Joker, The Player & The Thief Hardcovers

  • I sent out a follow up email regarding the updated files that I have sent to ensure they will print correctly.

BASTARDS OF BOULDER COVE SERIES

I am having to switch to a different printing company again as the inside pages did not print correctly even though the test prints were printed correctly.

SINNERS & SAINTS SERIES

  • Wicked Saint - I have approved the printed proof. I had to switch to a printing company in the UK as the printer here in the US had delay issues with their endpaper printer being down for a few months. This is now in production.

  • Tempting Devil, Ruthless Bishop and Savage Wilder - I recently received the updated files from the designer for the new printer. I have sent the files and ordered printed proofs. As soon as I ensure that the printed proof has no issues, I will have the inventory start printing production.

WHPA: THE ELITE BOOK BOX

  • The only thing we are waiting on for this book box is the die cut dust jacket. We had delays with the file updates as the die cut design was not lining up properly with the hardcover design. We are still figuring out the die cut design to align properly with the hardcover design.

WHPA: THE EXILE BOOK BOX

  • I am still waiting for books 3-5 printed proofs. I am making sure that the spine design are aligned correctly.

THE BOMBSHELL DEVIL’S ADVOCATE BOOK BOX

  • I had to re-order the books as the ones I ordered did not arrived. I am reaching out to the printing company for an update.

  • The swags has been ordered.

  • Hoodie Incentive: for anyone who ordered between October 1st and October 24th, please make sure you have sent an email of the hoodie size (S-2XL) to marjorie@hiddensecretsbookstore.com

For the other book boxes and books, I have to reach out to the author regarding an update. Please give me the next 2-3 weeks to send out an email for an update.

EMAILS AND REFUNDS

  • For any emails received, I will respond every Thursdays and Fridays. If I don’t answer all emails

    • If you are no longer able to wait for your pre-order, I am more than to cancel and refund your order. Please send the following information to marjorie@hiddensecretsbookstore.com

    • Refunds are processed in batches every Friday and are scheduled as they are received (starting from oldest to newest). The reason they are processed in batches is that I am currently processing refunds on my own personal funds as the business account is on hold due to the divorce proceeding.
