Book Boxes & Refund Updates

Refund Updates

I only have a few emails and DMs to respond to regarding refund requests.

Pre-Orders Updates

A few months ago I announced that I was closing the store due to personal things that I have been dealing with. Even though I am closing the store, I still wanted to fulfill the pre-orders but unfortunately I have ran into issues that it was just causing extreme delay. I have made the difficult decision to cancel and refund all pre-orders that have not been fulfilled.

Please bear with me as I send the emails to each one of you regarding the cancellation of your order as well as the refund process. My hope is to have everyone refunded by the end of the year.

Orders affected:

  • WHPA: The Elite by Selena Book Box

  • WHPA: The Exile by Selena Books

  • One Look by Lena Hendrix Book Box

  • Kings of Wayward Academy by Brooklyn Cross Book Box

Nikkita Bell Book Box Update

Since everyone that pre-ordered this book box was during the incentive sale, all orders will be receiving the hoodie. We are just now waiting for the hoodies to arrive and as soon as they arrive orders will be packed and shipped.
